Estudo que começa a considerar o método de montagem dos módulos.
Nessa proposta a montagem dos módulos maiores, que são vestidos (como o próprio colete), vai ser feita pelos botões de snap com que esse BDU é cravejado (os pontos mais escuros visíveis na ilustração). O colete é vestido normalmente e fixado ao BDU pelos snaps. Os módulos menores (porta pods, carregadores e tanque) são presos com um misto de snaps e tiras de nylon, como no sistema MOLLE.
Nas laterais do corpo e no topo dos ombros a veste tem regiões com tela, que permitem ventilação (apesar de eu achar que nosso clima mereça mais ventilação... algo a se pensar). O EVA encapsulado (contido entre duas camadas de tecido costuradas juntas) que forma as placas na frente e nas costas dá estrutura pra roupa receber aquele tanto de apetrechos e eles se prenderem firmemente no lugar, sem ficar balançando e causando ruído durante as entradas em construções do inimigo e afins. A forma encontrada para segurar tudo no lugar foi fazer com que a veste básica seja justa no corpo, sendo ajustada por duas tiras de cada lado das costelas (tipo ajuste de alça de mochila) e um elástico largo entre as "omoplatas" de EVA (visível no desenho menor). O fechamento na frente é por zipper, do tipo à prova dágua.

Study that begins to consider the method of mounting the modules.
In this proposal the fastening of larger modules, which are worn (as a jacket), will be done by snap buttons - of which the BDU is studded (the darker spots visible in the illustration). The vest is worn as usual and fixed to the BDU snaps. The smaller modules (pods, magazines and tank carriers) are to be fastened with a mix of nylon straps and snaps, as in the MOLLE system.
On the sides of the body and top of the shoulders the garment has regions with mesh fabric, allowing ventilation (although I think that brazillian climate deserves more ventilation ... something to think about). The encapsulated EVA (contained between two layers of fabric sewn together) that composes the plates on the front and back gives the vest structure to receive a big load of gear so that it sticks firmly in place, without wobbling around and causing noise. This is a major point to be considered when entering a building controlled by the enemy. The means to hold everything in place was to make the basic battledress fit tightly to the body, being adjusted by two nyon strips on each side of the chest (like the adjustment strap of a backpack) and a wide elastic band between the EVA "shoulder blades" (visible in the smaller drawing). It has a zipper of the waterproof type in the front.
